Cozy Winter Knits for Chicks (revisited)

I am still totally swamped by homework and finals, so today I am sharing one of my favourite posts from my old blog. Yep, I had a blog for a couple of years before this one. Long enough ago that re-reading it I cringe a little sometimes. Anyhow, the post. Written in grade 12 when I still lived on a farm.

I think a lot of kids at school think I am very cool and mysterious, but the honest truth is...last winter I spent a good 5 whole days knitting accessories...for my chickens. There. It's out. This weekend the sun came out for the first time in too long, so with my mom's help, I finally got some pictures of said knitted pieces.

Really wishing we still had chickens right about now. In other news, I'm pretty sure there is a direct correlation between having a ton of homework due and being super inspired to make about million things. Cruel cruel irony.
